It's impractical for you to bring your baby to a massage therapist every time they need it. So in this session you will learn a few basic massage strokes to bond with your baby while providing them some relief from the pains of growing outside the womb.
Not only is infant massage great for your baby, it's good for the care takers. Touch helps with learning baby's unique cues and with bonding that the mom gets during breastfeeding so be sure to invite one other caregiver when you come to learn how to massage your baby.
A massage routine helps with bonding but it also eases some common ailments like gas and colic. But in this session you also get a stretch routine that will help your baby's brain develop the coordination needed for crawling and walking.
